The 5' landscape strip along the south property line has been increased to 7' per the staff report. The applicant would like to leave the existing well maintained lawn in this now 7' strip. It is up against the dense mature landscaping on their site to the south. I have shown this on the attached Site / Landscaping Plan. Question: Would it be appropriate to address this during the CUP hearing tomorrow night or would it be better addressed with our DR / CZC Application?
