BY THE CITY COUNCIL: BIRD, BORTON, CAVENER, MILAM,ROUNTREE, ZAREMBA
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FEE SCHEDULE OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION;
AUTHORIZING THE PLANNING DVISION TO COLLECT SUCH FEES; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, following publication of notice according to the requirements of
Idaho Code section 63-1311A, on August 19, 2014, the City Council of Meridian held a
hearing on the adoption of the proposed Fee Schedule of the City of Meridian
Community Development Department, Planning Division, as set forth in Exhibit A
hereto; and
WHEREAS, following such hearing, the City Council, by formal motion, did
approve said proposed Fee Schedule of the Community Development Department,
Planning Division;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, IDAHO:
Section 1. That the Fee Schedule of the City of Meridian Community
Development Department, Planning Division, as set forth in Exhibit A hereto, is hereby
adopted.
Section 2. That the City of Meridian Community Development Department,
Planning Division is hereby authorized to implement and carry out the collection of said
fees.
Section 3. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon
its adoption and approval.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Meridian, Idaho this 19th day of
August, 2014.
APPROVED by the Mayor of the City of Meridian, Idaho,this 19th day of
August, 2014.
