HomeMy WebLinkAboutIdaho Power Reliinquishment Letter 8/14ANIN 9OPMR6 An IDACORP Company August 14, 2014 John Skourtes, Manager Clay, LLC 6950 NE Campus Way Hillsboro, OR 97124 Re: Platted public utility easement located along the common property line of Lots 1 & 2 of the Wyndstone Place Subdivision Dear Mr. Skourtes, Idaho Power Company (IPC) has received the public utility review request submitted by Clay, LLC on June 27, 2014, regarding the possible relinquishment of a certain area of platted utility easement located along the common property line between Lots 1 & 2 of Wyndstone Subdivision, Book 96, Page 12047. Upon further review, IPC has determined that there are no facilities located within this area and other remaining public utility easements will remain. As such, Idaho Power has no interest in retaining any interest in the reservation of the dedicated public utility easement specifically described above.
