We were a little unclear on the motion also so Justin clarified the intent of the Commission's recommendation with the
maker of the motion, Commissioner Yearsley, and the recommendation is correct as written.

Thank you for the recommendations. I have only one point of clarification. On page 10 of exhibit B, item 1.1.15, 1
believe the intersections should be reversed. The P & Z Commission stated that "Prior to occupancy of the school the
applicant shall provide a road trust to ACHD in the amount of $69,000 for the future construction of one HAWK signal
and associated flashers located at Victory road and Stoddard Road." The intersection of Linder and Kodiak was removed
by the P&Z Commission.
I believe this was the intent of P&Z.
