As we discussed in our pre -application meeting for the SpurWing Rim vacation on August 8, 2014, the person wanting to
build in SpurWing Challenge has decided to build in SpurWing Rim instead. We respectfully request deferment of the
above -referenced public hearing (currently scheduled for August 19, 2014), to the September 16, 2014 meeting of the
City Council. This will give the developer time to evaluate his future plans for the SpurWing Challenge lots.
