A. Solid Waste Report
Staff provided a report on tracked matrices or franchisee. Conversation centered on look and feel
of graphs and time period of reported data.

1. Survey update
Staff provided overview of survey results collected. Conversation centered on SWAC
desire to have survey contactor present to SWAC.
2. CPI and Recycle rate adjustment
SWAC chair provided update on timeline of CPI and recycle rate adjustment.
that resolutions were approved by Council 09/24/19.
B. New Business:
1. MYAC recycling signage
MYAC came to SWAC and provided history of placing their recycle containers in
downtown Meridian. Conversation centered on what message should be on the signage
to ensure a consistent message throughout the City.

Republic Services provided update on proposed and planned changes to the layout of the
Transfer Station. Estimated completion is late October.
