Action I tems Land Use Public Heari ng Process: After the Public Hearing is opened the staff report will be presented by the assigned City planner. Followi ng Staff's report the applicant has up to 15 mi nutes to present thei r applicati on. Each member of the public may provi de testimony up to 3 minutes or if they are representi ng a larger group, such as a Homeowners Associati on, they are allowed 10 mi nutes. The applicant is then allowed 10 addi ti onal minutes to respond to the public's comments. No additional public testi mony i s taken once the public hearing is cl osed.
