CC - 2018-08-28 Meridian PressNOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho that the City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 28, 2018 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the applications of: Sundance Investments, LLLP for Short Plat consisting of 3 commercial lots on 7.95 acres of land in the existing C-G zoning district; and City Council Review to eliminate the requirement to enter in to a development agreement as required with the approval of Langley Associa tes for Stonemont Subdivision (H-2018-0078) located at 3520 E. Overland Rd. Zina Denny for Annexation and Zoning of 1.647 acres of land with an R-2 zoning district for 750 E. Ustick (H-2018-0061) located at 750 and 772 E. Ustick Rd. Copies of the above applications are available for review upon request. Any interested persons shall be heard at said public hearing. Oral testimony may be limited to three (3) minutes per perso n. Written testimony may be submitted prior to the hearing, either in person or via U.S. Mail, to Meridian City Clerk, 33 E. Broadway Suite 104, Meridian, Idaho 83642, or by email to cityclerk@meridiancity.org. Persons interested in being heard regarding the above applications should plan to submit written testimony or testify at the hearing. All written testimony and all materials presented at the hearing shall become property of the City of Meridian and pu blic records subject to the provisions of the Idaho Public Records Act.
