Subject: Opposition to Proposed Apartment Complex at SW Corner of Victory and Meridian Road
Good afternoon Wendy,
We received notification of the subject proposed project via a Nextdoor post from Larry Chase, the Strada
Bellissima Subdivision HOA Board President. We echo his sentiments and concerns, and are putting forth our
strong opposition to the project. We feel that this location is ill suited to this type of project and would
negatively affect traffic density and property values. In particular, the idea that residents in this type of housing
would be utilizing Uber as a primary source of transportation does not make sense. Rather, it seems more likely
that these types of residents would be the ones driving for Uber. We understand that many other residents of
1
nearby subdivisions have also expressed opposition to this project and have suggested more suitable sites for
this project. We respectfully ask that this project be denied or redirected.
Respectfully,
Robert Duenas and Elizabeth Bright
