This email is to confirm our agreement to defer the Delano hearing to April 16, 2020. Given that we’ve agreed to work
with the City on this, we’d ask for consideration in being placed as early as possible on the April 16 hearing agenda.
Please let us know what arrangements are likely to be made between now and then to ensure the public submits
testimony 72 hours in advance. I’ve spoken with the Alpine Pointe Board and strongly encouraged them to designate
representatives. I’d ask you to do the same.
Please also confirm that my client won’t be charged a fee for the new publication.
