Hello Bill,
Please regard this as an official request for a continuance of the item (H-2019-0104) we have scheduled to be heard
before Planning and Zoning Commission on December 5th , 2019. We are requesting it to be heard on January 16 th , 2020.
The reason for the request is that the City Council continued our DA MOD hearing until January 7 th , 2020 and we would
like to receive that bodies decision prior to obtaining P & Z’s decision.
We will repost our signs with the new dates as soon as we receive official confirmation of said dates.

The Commission could still hear the MCU tomorrow night but I am not sure they will if Council hasn’t approved the
MDA. I also recall several of the Commission’s wanted to know the timing of the signal, if one is warranted. At this point,
I would recommend continuance to the January 16 th P/Z hearing so we can have the Council’s action on the MDA.

Good morning Bill, we are reviewing last night’s proceedings and our options going forward. If we wanted to proceed
with the Thursday night hearing, can we do that? I understand it’s all for nothing if the City doesn’t approve the DA, but
could the Commision approve it contingent on the DA being approved at a later date?
