Subject:Goddard townhomes
Greetings,
I would like to write in regards to the townhomes that are to be built if city council
approves them. I am highly against this development as it is zoned for
business/commercial use. This area is highly populated with the apartments that are
already in front of this area! We have already gone to other city council meetings where
this has been denied because of what it is zoned for! I beg you to deny re-zoning to this
area and leave it zoned for business.
