Please remand this application to elevate its standards and improve its transition from area
around it.
The current application has narrow lots against large Vantage Pointe lots. In addition, there are
minimal open spaces and amenities. This area could also add up to 218 students to an already
overcrowded school. (Remember that there are already 999 rooftops approved in the Hillsdale
district that have not been yet built!)
