Subject: H-2019-0104 Silverstone Apartments MCU - Request for Continuance
Bill,
Please regard this as an official request for a continuance of the item we have scheduled to be heard before Planning
and Zoning Commission on November 21 st . We are requesting it to be heard on the 5 th of December instead.
Our reasons for this include:
1. Additional time is needed to respond to late comments and a recommendation from ACHD to adjust the access
along Movado Way.
2. Additional time is needed to share information and meet with concerned neighbors.
3. Additional time is needed to get traffic analysis/information related to a potential traffic signal at the Movado
Way/Overland Road intersection.
I understand the commission’s interest in keeping neighbors informed of the change, especially after our request for a
continuance at the last hearing. We have mailed out information to residents within 300’ of the project, as well as the
HOA, stating our intentions to continue. We have also discussed the matter with Jeffrey Hall who is in contact with
several other concerned neighbors.
The City Council granted a continuance to December 3 rd for our development agreement modification.
Please let me know if you need anything else.

Kind regards,
Mysti Stelluto
