Subject:permits #H2019-0099 & #H2019-104
I am apposed to the approval of these two permits because:
1. Safety for the entrance and exit from and into Movado Way with all the
additional cars these added apartments will bring to our neighborhood.
2. The negative appeal to the Movado Village and the Movado Estates
because of the additional apartments right on the west corner entrance to
the much nicer and more expensive homes further in the subdivision. I
believe this approval would also affect the property values of our homes
in the negative way.
3. This plan was not given to us when we bought our property and if we
would have known about such a plan we possibly would not have bought
into the Movado property.
4. The 112 apartment units are enough of a negative appeal but at least they
are not right at the ENTRANCE to our wonderful and appealing
community.
5. I am not in favor of the proposed permits but would like property on the
west side and east side of Movado Way to remain commercial which was
what we were told it would be used for. This community would like that
property to be used for a nice restaurant, yogurt shop, breakfast place, coffee
house, etc. that we could walk to.
6. We need more open space in the Movado Subdivision NOT more apartents!!
Please consider all of these points when you are voting and will not let these permits be approved.
