CITY OF MERIDIAN RESOLUTION NO. 19-2170
BY THE CITY COUNCIL: BERNT, BORTON, CAVENER,
MILAM, PALMER, LITTLE ROBERTS
A RESOLUTION VACATING A 20' x 20' EXISTING WATER AND SEWER EASEMENT
LOCATED NEAR THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 7, BLOCK 2 AND THE
NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 8, BLOCK 2 OF GRAMERCY SUBDIVISION NO. 1 AS
FILED IN BOOK 99 OF PLATS AT PAGES 12,619 AND 12,622 , RECORDS OF ADA
COUNTY, IDAHO LOCATED IN THE NW 1/40F THE NE 1/40F SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP
3 NORTH, RANGE 1 EAST, BOISE MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, on October 22, 2019 the City Council of the City of Meridian, held a hearing on
the vacation of the as shown in the attached Exhibit "A"; and
WHEREAS, the subject property is located in the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 20,
Township 3 North, Range 1 East, Boise Meridian, City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho; and
WHEREAS, after such hearing, the City Council, by formal motion, did approve said
described vacation.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MERIDIAN CITY, IDAHO:
Section 1. That a 20' x 20' existing water and sewer easement located near the Northeast
Corner of Lot 7, Block 2 and the Northwest Corner of Lot 8, Block 2 of Gramercy Subdivision No. 1
as filed in Book 99 Of Plats At Pages 12,619 Through 12,622, Records Of Ada County, Idaho
Located in the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 20, Township 3 North, Range 1 East, Boise Meridian,
Meridian, Ada County, Idaho is hereby vacated. A copy of the necessary relinquishment is attached
as Exhibit "A".
Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its adoption
and approval.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Meridian Idaho, this 14-6
