Commission and Whomever it Concerns,
We would like to voice our personal
disapproval of and vehemently oppose the
H -2109-0068 rezoning request. Kelly Creek
subdivision has already been negatively impacted
by the overcrowded Selway Apartments.
If the rezoning is approved, we feel that
traffic, parking, and safety will deteriorate even
more and would have a negative impact on all Kelly
Creek residents, especially those who live on
entrance streets such as Apgar Creek Drive.
Our son, daughter-in-law, and two
grandchildren live on Apgar Creek Drive and we are
fearful for their safety should the zoning request
be granted.
Please DO NOT approve the H -2019-0068
rezoning request.

I do not agree with the H -2019-0068 rezoning
request. As a resident in the Kelly Creek
subdivision, I already see the current prevalent
problems of traffic, speeding, and parking.
If the request is approved it will increase the
problems and make it dangerous for my brother and
his family who live on Apgar Creek Drive.
Please do not approve the H -2019-0068
rezoning request.

I ask that you not approve the H -2019-0068
rezoning request. I think that it will increase
traffic and parking problems that already exist in
the Kelly Creek subdivision. With the increase in
vehicles, I fear for my nephews' safety who live
on Apgar Creek Drive.
Please do not approve the H -2019-0068
rezoning request.
