To add on to my previous email, we would prefer the property located at 840 E. Ustick Road to be zoned as R-1, but did
not see that as an option in the documents we read when zoning was discussed.

Dear Staff,
My husband and I are residents on Curt Drive, the low density residential area behind the property located at 840 E.
Ustick Road. We have read the Staff report and appreciate and agree with the recommendation of the Staff to have the
property zoned as R-2, not R-4. To quote the Staff report “Staff recommends R-2 zoning... to ensure if/when the
property redevelops in the future its consistent with the density envisioned for this area” (Page 4, Section V, Staff
Analysis).
We thank you for thinking of the residents that surround the property, and keeping with the vision we have for this
area.
