Below are the responses to staff report review comments for the above noted project issued on Nov. 6,
2019. They are addressed in order of your recommendations under V. Staff Analysis.
1) We will provide a landscape screen of some type whether by berm or shrubs to provide some
sort of partial screening with the approval of

3) Attached is revised west elevation that incorporates a similar stone element as the entry but
without a gable look. Our goal is not to take away from the entrance, so instead we propose to
provide a flat parapet but set it higher from the adjacent parapets to make it look more dominate.
This should suffice the intent your asking for and it should also screen the rtu's.
