Updates to Annexation Submittal

The following files are updates to previously submitted drawings for the
annexation of Inglewood Place, a parcel of land located on the corner of Eagle
Rd. & Victory Rd.

Updates
· In the landscape plans, planting has been removed from a 15’ easement
that runs parallel to the northern boundary. The landscape plan also has
removed any irrigation in the easement and added irrigation spray lines
that will spray over the easement from the side.
· The two Multifamily units (cottages) on the northeast corner have been
moved south 5’ to give the easement more ‘breathing room’.
· The parking adjacent to the Multifamily units has been reshaped to make
better use of the land.
· The proposed Titanium Ave has been redesigned into a 33’ width road
with rolling curb and gutter as per ADHD’s request.
· The sidewalks in the landscape buffer along Victory no longer meander.
· Crosswalks and walking paths within the site have been enhanced.
· A note on the northern end of the proposed Titanium Ave states ‘Sign to
read “THIS ROAD WILL BE EXTENDED IN THE FUTURE” ‘
· The landscape plans have removed trees from the McDonald Lateral.
· The landscape plans show the gravel driveway on the north western
corner.
· Open space calculations have been updated to reflect these changes.
· Renderings have been updated to reflect these changes.
