Zoning Commission of the
City of Meridian will hold a
public hearing at the Meridian
City Hall, 33 East Broadway
Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at
the hour of 6:00 p.m. on
Thursday, November 21,
2019 for the purpose of re-
viewing and considering the
application of:
The Land Group, Inc. for
Annexation and Zoning of
80.46 acres of land with an
R-8 zoning district and a Pre-
liminary Plat consisting of
268 building lots and 17 com-
mon lots for Skyward Subdi -
vision (H-2019-0087), locat-
ed east of S. Eagle Rd., ap-
proximately ¼ mile south of
E. Lake Hazel Rd.
Copies of the above appli-
cations are available for re-
view upon request. Any inter-
ested persons wishing to tes-
tify are welcome to do so at
the public hearing listed on
this notification. Oral testimo-
ny may be limited to 3 min-
utes per person. Written testi-
mony may be submitted prior
to the hearing date either by
mail or in person to Meridian
City Cler k, 33 E. Broadway
