NOTICE OF HEAR ING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of
the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho that
the City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a public hear-
ing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue,
Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday,
November 12, 2019 for the purpose of reviewing and consid-
ering the applications of:
Devco Development, LLC for a Comprehensive Plan Map
Amendment to include 4.10 acr es of land currently in Boise's
area of City Impact and in Meridian's area of City Impact with
a Mixed Use-Regional future land use designation; an Annex-
ation and Zoning of 15.21 acres of land with R-15 (11.57
acres) and R-40 (3.64 acres) zoning districts; and a Prelimi-
nary Plat Consisting of 85 single-family residential building
lots, 1 building lot for mulit-family development and 12 com-
mon lots for Delano Subdivision (H-2019-0027) located at
14120 W. Jasmine Ln. and 2800 E. Jasmine Ln.
James Peterson, The Pointe at Meridian, LLC for An-
nexat ion and Zoning of 10.29 acres of land with C-C (3.76
acres) and R-15 (6.53 acres) zoning districts; a Preliminary
Plat consisting of 8 building lots and 1 common lot on 8.84
acres of land; and a Conditional Use Permit for a multi-fam-
ily development consisting of 14 dwelling units on 1.91 acres
of land in the R-15 zoning district for Inglewood Place Sub-
division (H-2019-0090) located at 3250 E. Victory Rd.
Copies of the above applications are available for review
upon request. Any interested persons wishing to testify are
welcome to do so at the public hearing listed on this notifica-
tion. Oral testimony may be limited to 3 minutes per person.
Written testimony may be submitted prior to the hearing date
either by mail or in person to Meridian City Clerk, 33 E.
Broadway, Suite 104, Meridian, Idaho 83642, by email to
cityclerk@meridiancity.org, by voicemail at 208-288-5607, or
by texting the word “Comment” to 31996. All testimony and
materials received or presented become property of the City
of Meridian and public records subject to the provisions of the
Idaho Public Records Act. Applications are subject to change
throughout the public hearing process and it is incumbent on
interested persons to monitor such changes by following the
process in person, online, or by contacting City staff.
