I am a homeowner in Movado development. 4140 E Goldstone.
While I would prefer the additional apartments were not allowed, I am concerned about the increased traffic
and safety for entering and exiting Overland.
The access to Movado road from the apartments seems to be fairly close to the intersection with Overland.
I am also not excited about the three(3) story units and the appearance of them at the entry of our
subdivision. Feel they may devalue the appearance of subdivision.
I appreciate the developers struggle to entice business owners to invest the property.
I was looking forward to access services without having to enter Overland.
