Bill, as we discussed this morning we need more time to review and analyze the staff report and some of the
recommendations within.
We are requesting a continuance of the public hearing scheduled for tonight and the hearing scheduled for Thursday
night as well. I understand this could be pushed to the 6 th and 7 th of November or the 12 th and 27 th of November. I need
to talk more with our team to see which dates work best and will get in touch with you shortly.

scheduled to be on the Council agenda on 10/22/2019. The public hearing will be held at City Hall, 33 E.
Broadway Avenue, beginning at 6:00 pm. Please call or e-mail with any questions.
