Seems the overall height is not the 21 feet mentioned by Roberta (Developers Representative) at the last council meeting. Our other concern here, is what will happen to finish grade after construction begins on the project. If extra dirt is brought onto the land, the build height will increase. Thereby, putting the structure even higher. 1 All we are hoping to do is limit the finished height, so we can enjoy our views and limit the impact to our resale values. Thank you for looking this over. See you all tonight. Regards, Observation Terrace HOA (and families) From: Randy Lasher Sent: Tuesday, October 22, 2019 8:56 AM To: 'teamhormuth@gmail.com' Subject: FW: Elevations - Victory Hi Bret…check out the attachment above. You can see the overall building heights in the renderings (26’6” & 28’3”) Those heights do not include any finish grade considerations. If they bring in 3 or 4 free of top soil before they build…add that to the overall height. We will be at the City Council meeting tomorrow night, to see what factual detail will be presented. 2 Plan on the homeowners of Observation Terrace to be vigilant on this height issue. Thanks a ton…Observation HOA From: Lance Sayers \[mailto:lance@bvadev.com\] Sent: Sunday, October 20, 2019 12:06 AM To: rlasher@wps-ink.com Subject: Elevations - Victory Randy, I apologize for getting these off to you so late. I experienced technical difficulties for a majority of the day yesterday and was in meetings for most of the day today. I have attached the elevations for the flex building to this email. Also, regarding your question as to a timeline, I am not sure I'll be able to assist you with that, until we have contracts in place with the general contractors on each of our buildings, it is hard to have an accurate schedule.
