Dear City of Meridian,
We are homeowners in Movado Subdivision, 4372 E. Vacheron, Meridian, Idaho. We are writing regarding the above
referenced pending development agreement modification. We have been present at the neighborhood meetings
regarding this request for modification by Dave Evans.
We strongly oppose the applications to modify the Development Agreement and the Conditional Use Permit that
would allow for expansion of the Silverstone Apartments over to Movado Way on the west side and commercial on
the east side of Movado Way and Overland Road.
We directly border this property. This action could potentially negatively affect our home value and cause other adverse
consequences. When we purchased our home, just recently in June 2019, we were not made aware of this proposal. It
was explained to us that this property was zoned as light commercial not as 2 and 3 story apartment complexes that
would utilize Movado’s entryway.
