This letter is to oppose the proposed apartments at the corner of Overland and Movado Way. The influx of
traffic could really pose an issue during peak hours. We need more amenities in our area and the "mixed use"
could add just that. As a real estate agent, many residents have spoken to me about their feelings on this
issue. We have 4 homes in the Estates that have gone up for sale and this is not good for the community - I
could be the 5th home on the market soon. I believe the best use of this land would be to keep it as is (mixed
use) and give locals an opportunity to have a good location for a service to the community.
I hope to hear that this project has been denied and eager to see who purchases it moving forward with mixed
use.
