If you have any further questions/concerns about my attached testimony I can be reached at this email or by calling me at (208) 506-6962 Thank you, Terese Decker October 14, 2019 MERIDIAN CITY CLERK Meridian, Id 83642 RE: File# H-2019-0099 and File# H-2019-0104 Movado Development Agreement Modification and Movado Conditional Use Permit Modification Dear Meridian City Clerk: I will be unable to attend the hearings October 22, 2019 and October 24, 2019, but wish to voice my objection to these permits being passed. I did attend the meeting of homeowners who met at the Title Company last week, October 8t'. Most of those in attendance would like to see less density of residential homes on this corner as it is already very difficult to drive in and out of Movado Way. The proposal is for an additional 92 rental units added to the current 112 units already approved. We are in need of a traffic light now to keep left turns safe, I understand there is no requirement for the developer to install this traffic mitigation to make it safe for residents to access our homes in and out of Movado. Thank you for the opportunity to voice my concern and objection for this development. Sincerely, Terese Decker, homeowner The Villages at Movado 5234 E. Silverking Lane Meridian, ID 83642
