This document was to be sent to the City no later than seven days prior to the City Council hearing. We will have to continue out the hearing date as a result. The Clerk’s office will be sending out this new date. I know this is not what you want to hear but unfortunately we are required by code to push the hearing date out. Please review the posting requirements linked to in the email below and let me know if you have any questions.
