Hi Kevin,
I will be out of the office for the next 2 weeks. Before I left I wanted to reach out regarding Victory Commons. I don’t see
any glaring issues with their site plan on our end. Victory is already improved and the proposed driveway location is
aligned with the driveway on the south side.
We will provide more details with the preliminary plat application, just wanted to touch on it before I left.
