To whom it may concern,
I live in the Movado area and am concerned about the apartment development I am sorry to say that I am against
the development due to property conditions in the future . Apartments are taken care of at first but in time there will
be different owners and management of the apartments and who knows if the new management will take care of
the property. We here at Movado have a HOA who will monitor the conditions .
