Prior to submittal of a development agreement modification application, City of Meridian requires a
meeting between the applicant and neighbors. This is your notice to meet an review. This is not a public
hearing and no City officials will be present. If you have any questions, please contact the City of
Meridian Planning and Zoning at 208-489-0573.
Purpose:
The intent of this meeting is to modify/change the current development agreement to allow for a drive-
