Dawn at ACHD should be wrapped up soon. I expected it today but haven’t seen it yet. I will touch base with her to see
how she is coming.
Let’s plan on keeping it on the agenda for Thursday though. The developer and architect haven’t already made travel
arrangements to be here.

John/Jacob,
Due to staffing issues the last couple of weeks, the staff report for this project is still underway; I’m hoping to get it out
tomorrow although it will be “last minute” for the hearing on Thursday. The City still has not received a staff report from
ACHD. If you’d prefer to request a continuance to a later date (i.e. Oct. 24 th or Nov. 7 th ) to allow time for the ACHD
report to be completed and more time for the Commissioner’s review, please respond accordingly. Otherwise, we’ll do
our best to keep it on the agenda with the caveat the Commissioner’s may decide to continue it to allow more time for
their review if they don’t have adequate time prior to the hearing.
