Subject:Opposition to proposed development at Ustick and LINDER
Hello,
We would like to voice our opposition to the proposed development of storage units and an apartment
complex at the corner of Ustick and Linder. We already have enough storage units nearby, and storage units
statistically attract crime. We also do not need a high density housing unit where our streets, schools and
other resources are already overburdened. The Fred Meyer at Chinden and Lin der told me yesterday that they
are the busiest Fred Meyer in the state. And that is before other developments (including apartment
complexes) which are already being developed have been completed. Common sense tells us that we need to
draw the line in our area which is already bursting at the seams.
