public hearing at the Meridian
City Hall, 33 East Broadway
Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at
the hour of 6:30 p.m. on
Thursday, October, 24, 2019
for the purpose of reviewing
and considering the applica-
tions of:
Chad Olsen for a Condition-
al Use Permit for a self-ser-
vice storage facility consisting
of 300+/- units on 4.61 acres
of land in the C-C zoning dis-
trict for Adera Storage (H-
2019-0094), located at 1680
W. Ustick Rd.
Dave Evans Construction
for a Modified Conditional
Use Permit (H-2016-0060) to
increase the number of
dwelling units in the multi-
family development from 112
to 204, increase the acreage
from 5.61 acres to 10 acres,
and update the development
plan for the site for Silver-
stone Apartments (H-2019-
0104), located at 4107 E.
Overland Rd.
The Land Group, Inc. for
Annexation and Zoning of

timony and materials re-
ceived or presented become

lowing the process in person,
