This is Edwin Marinas, property owner for 4070 E. Goldstone Dr. Meridian, ID 83642. I am writing to express my concern
regarding proposal of building more apartment units on the Southwest and Southeast corners of Overland Rd and
Movado Way, instead of commercial establishments. We believe this will lower the value of our properties and create
heavier traffic in the area.
