I know you’re traveling so I’m sending you an email in addition to the voicemail I left you a bit ago. After I left you a
voicemail earlier today, Bill told me that the City Attorney’s office had already contacted him and told him that the
application cannot be heard on the 24 th because the affidavit was not received by the City within the required 7 day
timeframe prior to the hearing per UDC 11-5A-6D.4.
I’m sorry . Please submit a request for continuance to the next hearing on Nov. 7 th .
