Good Morning,
I am sending this email in regards to File #H2019-0099 and File #H-2019-0104. Our home was just purchased in February
of this year with the understanding that we would be living near commercial buildings but not multi family homes.
As a homeowner in Movado, I am concerned with the expansion of the apartment project on Movado Way. With the
expansion of this project it will negatively affect my home value plus other adverse consequences.
It is unfair to devalue my home at the cost of increasing revenue for developers and multi family construction.
