Unfortunately only a very small number of Movado homeowners we notified of the first neighborhood meeting so we want to make sure all Movado homeowners have the opportunity to review the proposed project and provide feedback. Copper Point Drive, Suite 205 Meridian, Idaho 83642 IMPORTANT NOTICE OF MEETING Dear Movado Homeowner, As you may have been advised through a recent mailing, Silverstone Apartments LLC, has made application to the City of Meridian to modify their existing Development Agreement (File #H- 2019-0099) and to modifying their existing Conditional Use Permit (File #H-2019-0104) to allow for the expansion of their current approved apartment project to Movado Way and access to the apartments from Movado Way. The parcels on both the Southwest and Southeast corners of Overland Road & Movado Way are currently zoned and approved for commercial. If you did not receive this mailing, which includes the proposed site plan, please email movadohomeowners@gmail.com and we will provide you a copy. Based on the information received, this action could potentially negatively effect your home values and cause other adverse consequences. There are several Movado homeowners who are licensed real estate professionals that would like to share with you their prof essional opinions regarding this application by Dave Evans Construction. Therefore, a neighborhood meeting has been scheduled and will take place as follows: Date/Time: Tuesday, October 8, 2019 @ 6:00pm Location: TitleOne Conference Room, 1940 S. Bonito Way, Meridian We are compiling an email list of concerned homeowners so we can provide critical updates as needed.
