Dear Ms. Stelluto,
Thank you for your letter dated September 24, 2019 regarding the proposed Development Agreement
and CUP Modifications before the City of Meridian for consideration. Unfortunately, since the majority
of existing homes in Movado are not within 300’ of the subject site, most homeowners were not
notified and unable to attend your required Neighborhood Meeting on August 15, 2019 to provide
feedback. As a result of this new information, the homeowners of Movado have called a neighborhood
meeting and it will be held on October 8, 2019 at 6:00pm at TitleOne, 1940 S. Bonito Way, Meridian, to
address concerns regarding both applications submitted to the City. As the Applicants representative,
your attendance at this meeting is totally optional.
