This was a Cory Barton Homes development across from Pepper Ridge Elementary. The values were adversely changed due to the builder having a great voice in city hall then a small group of home owners. We chose this location to move to, to keep our kids in the same schools and to get into a neighborhood which would hold its values. Based on the surrounding homes, Not surrounding apartments! Please do not limit our values again! Please do not allow the modification to the Silverstone Apartments. At some point home ownership should have greater voice and power then a short time building project! Who gets to profit from our loss. Thank you, Erin & Matt Olson 2087 S Hills Ave (Movado Home Owner) -- Erin Olson - Owner & Lead Coordinator Dreamer Events 503-936-4296 Meridian, ID DreamerEvents.com
