A parcel of land being the south one half of the northwest one quarter of Section 4, Township 2 North,
Range 1 East, Boise Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, being more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the Northwest Section corner of said Section 4; Thence on the west section line of
said Section 4, South 00°12’52” West, 1352.04 feet, to the North One Sixteenth West corner of said
Section 4 AND the POINT OF BEGINNING:
Thence leaving said west section line, South 89°52’36” East, 1321.04 feet, on the north line of
the south one half of the northwest one quarter of said Section 4, to the southeast corner of
Gov’t Lot 4 of said Section 4;
Thence continuing on said north line of the south one half of the northwest one quarter of
Section 4, North 89°56’26” East, 1321.10 feet, to the southeast corner of Government Lot 3 of
said Section 4;
Thence on the east line of said south one half of the northwest one quarter of Section 4, South
