COMMENCING at a found Brass Cap Marking the Southwest Corner of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 (South
1/4 Corner) of said Section 31; From which, the Southeast Corner of said Section 31 bears,
South 89°47'20" East, 2,649.26 feet which is being Monumented with a found Brass Cap;
Thence along Southerly Boundary Line of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 of said Section 31, South

Thence leaving said Southerly Boundary Line, and along the Easterly Boundary Line of Record of
