Dear Sir/Madam:
Please do NOT grant this application for rezoning. As was discussed in the last go-round with the last
developer that wanted to put in MORE residential buildings in our subdivision (we seem to have to defend our
neighborhood on the regular these days), we already have more residential units in our sub than we originally
signed up for. Not to mention the increased traffic in our subdivision and on our surrounding streets that this
would bring. All of the schools in our area are over-capacity. We don't have the infrastucture to support what
we currently have, yet alone adding more residential space to it.
I STRONGLY DISAGREE with this application and respectfully, but STRONGLY urge you to vote no on any
applications for increased residential for this neighborhood/area.
