approval on this application.
1) Staff Analysis Item F - Access easement to northerly adjoiner
2) Staff Analysis Item N - Street light requirement

Attached is the staff report for the proposed Combined Preliminary and Final Plat for Nick
Estates Subdivision H-2019-0086. This item is scheduled to be on the Commission agenda on
9/19/2019. The public hearing will be held at City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Avenue, beginning at
6:00 pm. Please call or e-mail with any questions.
