Hello. ENOUGH already with these apartment complexes. I'm beyond fed up with the traffic the way it is already and
considering selling now. It was nice 19 years ago when we left CT for here but it seems that all anyone us concerned
about is cluster f*cking every piece of land that becomes available with either apartments or 7-10 homes or acre. It is
getting beyond RIDICULOUS! At least if we move to Sarasota FL., its already developed and traffic is not bad at all 2
months ago visiting. The last thing we need is another apartment complex as once these Californians realize this isnt the
pie in the sky, wages dont justify a $350k avg home, snow in winter so cant wear their shorts & flip flops year round and
no weed cards, they'll leave after a few years for better, warmer areas they're used to.
Then all these apartment complexes will turn into subsidized housing & then we'll be welcoming in Somalians &
Zimbabweans & other miscreant dregs of society the churches & liberal agencies help bring in. Laugh. As a ret LE, I
already seen it happen in CT. hence, why we left that decrepit state. Unless you want the once nice Meridian turn into a
'city' with statistics like every other city with an NFL or MLB Team, be wise. VERY wise. These developers could care less
& unless someone in city hall is getting their pockets lined, then they should care as well for their kids future.
Use your heads and start making homes on minimum 100x100' lots. NO MORE APARTMENTS! We have enough traffic
already. Thank you.
