I live right across Ustick from this proposed development. As much as I look forward to having this site developed I am
very much against this plan. NO GREEN space?? It is like dropping a huge paved square into a nicely developed park like
community. It is out of place.
I don’t believe this is the best use for this development. There are already so many apartment complex’s being built all
around perhaps we could reserve this area for something more fitting to the neighborhood. Look at an arial view and I
believe you will see how out of place this would be.
Lets try and keep this site development to a limit of 2 stories high. And require more green space, or a unique feel like
that of the “village.” Lets bring something special and unique that Meridian and my neighborhood can be proud of and
celebrate with the entire Meridian Family and not add more apartments and parking and storage. Lets try and keep
some of Meridian beautiful.
