Please DO NOT allow apartments and Self storage to go in here! We don’t need self storage on every corner. There is
already two HUGE apartment complexes with in 1 mile in either direction and one slated to go in on Ustick across from
Jackson's. Please be aware of the amount of saturation will decrease property values and add too much congestion on
the roads. Not to mention the lack of green space. Please limit it to small local owned business /store and park area.
Let’s put the $ back into the community.
