Subject:Adera Projects Confusion
Hello:
I noticed that there are two different Adera projects up for review. One in front of Council (MDA) and one in
front of the Planning Commission (CUP).
I think you should make sure that comments received on either application are included in the public record for
both. It is confusing having two applications in front of different decision makers in the same month.
I am specifically worried that many comments for the CUP will not be provided for the MDA which is first in
front of the Council.
Please ensure that all comments related to the Adera applications are included for the City Council and Planning
Commission. I have read the comments submitted thus far and they are applicable to both applications.
