NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian
and the Laws of the State of Idaho that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the
City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway
Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 19, 2019
for the purpose of reviewing and considering the applications of:
LR Geomatics, PLLC for a combined preliminary/final plat consisting of 4
building lots on 1.4 acres of land in the R-4 zoning district for Nick Estates
Subdivision (H-2019-0086) located 1180 N. Ten Mile Rd.
West Ada School District for A Rezone of 18.96 acres from the I-L (Light
Industrial) zoning district to the C-G (General Retail and Service District) for Idaho Fine
Arts Academy (H-2019-0088) located 915 E. Central Dr.
SCS TM Creek and SCS Brighton for a Conditional Use Permit for a multi-
family development consisting of 235 dwelling units on 8.3 acres of land in the R-40
zoning district, by SCS TM Creek and SCS Brighton for TM Creek East Apartments
(H-2019-0089) generally located ¼ mile east of S. Ten Mile Rd., south of W. Franklin
Rd., in the NW ¼ of Section 14, Township 3N., Range 1W.
Copies of the above applications are available for review upon request. Any
interested persons shall be heard at said public hearing. Written and verbal testimony
may be submitted prior to the hearing, either in person or via U.S. Mail, to Meridian City
Clerk, 33 E. Broadway Suite 104, Meridian, Idaho 83642, by email to
cityclerk@meridiancity.org, by leaving a voice message at 208-288-5607, or by texting
the word “Comment” to 31996. Persons interested in being heard regarding the above
applications should plan to submit testimony or testify at the hearing. All testimony and
materials presented at the hearing will become property of the City of Meridian and
public records subject to the provisions of the Idaho Public Rec ords Act. Anyone
